Jamie Whitt

Attorney, Simpson Logback Lynch Norris, P.A.

Jaime Whitt is a Shareholder at Simpson, Logback, Lynch, Norris, P.A.. Jaime’s legal practice covers various areas of civil defense litigation, including health care law, health care regulation and compliance, medical negligence and personal injury litigation, medical malpractice defense, as well as employment and labor law and employment discrimination defense litigation. In addition to her JD from the University of Kansas School of Law, Jaime has a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. With over a decade of experience in practice representing clients’ interests and actively litigating cases, Jaime is able to comfortably navigate the myriad complex issues that face health care providers as well as business owners and employers in today’s world. Jaime has successfully litigated numerous civil cases from start to finish at both the trial and appellate stages and prides herself on her being thorough and working efficiently and proactively to achieve the best outcome for all of her clients. Jaime is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri, including United States District Court, District of Kansas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri federal courts.
